We specialise in cross-border workforce solutions, including Schengen Zone workforce mobility, international talent acquisition, Posted Workers Directive compliance, payroll management, and contract staffing across the European Union.
HireHub provides the following services to employer clients and job-seeking candidates:
The specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement or proposal agreed between HireHub and the client.
Employers must provide accurate and complete information about their workforce requirements, working conditions, remuneration, and deployment locations. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services and may expose the employer to legal liability under Polish and EU employment law.
Employers remain responsible for compliance with host-country employment law, including minimum wage requirements, working time regulations, and health and safety standards. HireHub's compliance support services assist with, but do not transfer, the employer's own legal obligations.
Employer clients may not directly solicit, hire, or attempt to engage candidates introduced by HireHub outside of a formal placement arrangement for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction, without HireHub's written consent and payment of the applicable introduction fee.
Employers must provide placed workers with safe working conditions, legally compliant accommodation where provided, and all rights guaranteed under applicable employment law. HireHub reserves the right to withdraw workers from any placement where worker welfare concerns are identified.
Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications, experience, skills, and legal right to work. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate removal from our database and may result in termination of any active placement.
All documents submitted by candidates (CVs, certificates, identification, permits) must be genuine and unaltered. Submitting fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
By registering with HireHub, candidates confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, have the legal right to seek work in the jurisdictions specified, and consent to HireHub sharing their profile with prospective employers for the purpose of job placement.
HireHub's candidate registration and placement services are provided free of charge to job seekers. We do not charge candidates any fees for registration, matching, or placement. Any third party claiming to offer HireHub placements for a fee is not authorised by us.
Service fees for employer clients are agreed in writing in advance of any engagement. Unless otherwise agreed:
